Wellington Studios is a functioning Art Studio and Coworking Space. Set in the 19th-century terracotta red brick mill and creative hub of Wellington House, Ancoats. The 520sqft open plan space is available for hire on evenings and weekends. The room is a feature space with all the old red pillars and brickwork arches kept on show. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, a breakout space with sofas and high tables with 20 seats/stools. If you are looking for something a little bit different and a piece of Manchester's industrial history, then this is the place for you! New Islington tram stop is only a short walk away and there is on-street parking outside on weekends and evenings. The room is available after 17.00pm weekdays, and 24hrs weekends. Event Space hire: £300 per day or £50 per hour ( min 3 hours hire)
