This charming ground-floor event space sits within a beautifully restored Victorian mill payment office. Measuring 6.4m x 5.5m, it pairs period character with practical, modern features. An attractive kitchen and bespoke high-table island make it well suited to workshops, meetings, and creative sessions. The adaptable tables can be separated into different layouts or cleared entirely, giving you flexibility to shape the room around your event. Original wooden panelling, a striking Milners safe, and classic Chesterfield sofas highlight the building’s Victorian heritage. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, making the space particularly suitable for filming and photoshoots. A ground-floor toilet adds convenience, while the quiet setting, large street parking, and nearby shops make it easy and comfortable for guests to attend.
